DraGenPrivacy Policy
About this policy
DraGen collects only what it needs to sign you in, save your progress and let you play with friends. We never sell your data and we do not show ads.
DraGen is a mixed-reality dragon-raising game for Meta Quest, made by Arjun Technology ("we", "us"), Jl Gg Arjuna 1, Kedondong, Sokaraja, Central Java, Indonesia. This policy covers the DraGen app and the online services it uses. It does not cover Meta's own services, which follow the Meta Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details.

Hand tracking, controller input and your room are processed on your headset to run the game. DraGen does not access passthrough camera images.
How we use it
We use your data only to run DraGen's features. We do not use it for advertising, marketing or profiling.
- Sign-in: confirm with Meta that your Meta account owns DraGen, then link that account to your cloud save so your progress comes back after a reinstall or on a new headset.
- Cloud save: store and restore your game progress.
- Playing with friends: show your player name and avatar to friends, deliver messages and gifts, let friends visit your island, and send Meta friend invites so a friend can join your battle.
- Online battles: connect you to your opponent and keep both games in sync.
- Fair play and safety: check battle results and trades on our server to stop cheating, and act on abuse reports.

Who can see your data
We never sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- Other players see only what the game shows them: your player name, avatar, dragons and island when they visit, and messages you send to them. Your opponent hears your voice and sees your avatar during an online battle.
- Service providers listed above handle data only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it, or to protect players' safety.
- A new owner, if DraGen is sold or transferred. We will tell you before your data moves and becomes subject to a different policy.
Where data is stored and for how long
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in Tokyo, Japan, so it leaves Indonesia. We keep it only as long as the table below says.

Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask us to delete all your DraGen data at any time, and we will do it within 30 days.
- Email admin@arjuntech.id with the subject "Delete my DraGen data".
- Include your in-game player name, or the friend code shown in DraGen, so we can find your account.
- We confirm by email once your account, progress, friends and messages are deleted. Messages you sent are removed from your friends' inboxes too.
You can also email us to get a copy of your data or to correct it. In the game you can turn off voice chat in Settings, mute your microphone during a battle, and remove friends at any time. Uninstalling DraGen stops all collection but does not delete your cloud save.
Children
DraGen is for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used DraGen, email admin@arjuntech.id and we will delete that account and its data.
Security, changes and contact
DraGen's connections to our database (HTTPS) and to online battles (DTLS) are encrypted, and our database only lets each player read and change their own data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and show a notice in DraGen before the change takes effect.
